These Terms ( said Terms ) cover access to the optraprime site, mobile apps, trading the "Services") operated by optraprime. Creating an account implies full agreement these Terms completely.
1. Eligibility. Applicants must be 18 or older and contractually capable to form binding contracts. Where the platform remains unlicensed or excluded, locals may not join. Account accuracy and 2FA confidentiality stay your obligation.
2. What we provide. optraprime operates an electronic trading platform for the assets described on this site. Nothing here is personal advice; all trading decisions remains yours. Displayed market data is for information and might err or be imprecise sometimes.
3. Risk notice. Trading carries substantial loss risk and suits only those able to absorb it. Leverage can push losses beyond your posted margin. Only trade capital which losing entirely you would survive.
4. Fees. Fees, spreads and carry rates are shown on our Fees page and constitute part of these Terms. Fees may change after reasonable notice.
5. Prohibited uses. Manipulation, abusing technical holes, infringement and unlawful use are prohibited. Laundering and sanctions breaches are covered under this clause too.
6. Liability limits. To the fullest legal extent, optraprime is not liable for indirect, special and consequential damages arising from your use of Services.
7. Amendments. These Terms might be revised occasionally. Using the Services after changes means consent. Controlling law comes from the registered jurisdiction of our operating entity.
